The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Construction & Engineering Solicitor to join my client’s dynamic team. The role can be shaped around the right candidate’s experience and ambitions, and there is flexibility around location, with a base in the Nottingham office.
You will:
1. Handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters
2. Advise clients on standard form contracts including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC
