About You Proven experience as a Lettings Manager Strong track record of winning business and hitting/exceeding targets. Excellent knowledge of the local property market (Harrogate / Leeds area). Confident leader with strong people management skills. Self-motivated, commercially minded, and results driven. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
