IT Trainer
To be the primary point of contact for all IT training needs across the organisation, delivering effective training through various formats including documentation, video guides, 1-to-1 sessions, and group training. Responsible for creating and managing content within the Learning Management System (LMS).

* Able to tailor training to varying levels of IT knowledge
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
Technical Proficiency
* Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Microsoft Teams (including Teams Telephony)
* Desirable: Digital Dictation, Case Management Systems
* General applications (eg, Adobe, web browsers, snipping tools)
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver IT training, including:
o New staff inductions
o 1-to-1 and group sessions (in-person and remote)
o Regular on-site support across branches
o Coordination of external training if required
2. Manage and develop the Learning Management System:
o Create and update documentation, video guides, quizzes, and feedback surveys
3. Collaborate with departmental contacts (Training Buddies'):
o Train them on system/process updates
o Ensure training materials reflect current processes
4. Be trained in new technologies and processes to enable staff training
5. Support IT developers in:
o Creating training materials for new initiatives
o Developing UAT checklists for upcoming releases
6. Maintain accurate training records for HR
