Systems Support Analyst
Monthly Rolling Contract (Outside IR35) - Up to £225 per day | Flexible Hybrid, Remote with occasional travel
We’re currently supporting a client to find a contract Systems Support Analyst to join their growing team on a monthly rolling basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic technical environment, supporting day-to-day system operations while playing a key part in system integrations, updates, and ongoing improvements. You’ll be involved in managing the full software lifecycle, ensuring systems remain efficient, secure, and aligned with business needs. Core Responsibilities:
* Help manage software lifecycle
* Technical support - incident and problem resolution on core systems
* Systems Integrations
* Managing Systems Upgrades
* Continual Professional Development
* Follow processes
Knowledge:
* Good understanding of modern development technologies and 3rd party IT systems
* Understanding of IT Infrastructure
* More detailed technical knowledge in several of the areas identified: API, Web Services and other integration methodologies, Microsoft Programming Tools – particularly Visual Studio, Programming Languages including C#, ASP.Net, Project process o Development life cycle, Release and QA processes, Coding standards and methods, SQL, HTML and related tools, Process analysis, GIS standards
Qualifications:
* ITIL
* Prince2
* Technical degree (ideally) or equivalent experience
