Location:Driffield and surrounding areas (case dependent)
Working Days:Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours:9:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexible working available)
Pay Rate:£30-£35 per hour (PAYE - case dependent)
Focus:One-to-One Teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs

We're looking for experiencedSEN Teachersto work one-to-one with students who need extra support to succeed. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in both academic and emotional development.
What You'll Do
* Create a Safe and Supportive Environment:Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and ready to learn.
* Deliver Bespoke Lessons:Design and implement individualised learning plans that reflect each student's strengths and challenges.
* Work Collaboratively with Families:Partner with parents and carers to ensure a joined-up approach to support.
* Encourage Growth and Confidence:Use creative, empathetic teaching to build resilience, self-esteem, and academic achievement.
* Lead by Example:Promote positive behaviours and values that inspire lifelong learning and personal development.
What You'll Bring
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)
* Minimum of two years' teaching experience
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
* Experience across Key Stages 1 to 4
* Excellent English skills and a background in SEN education
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Legal right to work in the UK
* A solid understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
