Our client manufactures window and doors for the trade sector and are known for their impressive product range and customer service satisfaction.
Role responsibilities:
1. Dealing with non-conformances
2. Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding non conformances
3. Weekly non-conformance report completion for management to review
4. Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries
5. Manage service engineers diary
6. Additional Duties where needed
7. Scheduling orders
8. Placing of basic purchase orders
9. Training will be given where needed
Candidate skills & experience
10. Have experience working in a customer service role – ideally within a home improvement business is ideal
11. Strong communication skills
12. Planning and Organisation
13. Microsoft Excel
14. Microsoft Outlook
