Do you enjoy working within a busy office or reception environment, where no two days are the same?
We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our Warwickshire Cluster for 20 hours per week over Monday to Saturday. The role covers our units in Coventry, Nuneaton and Stratford. More details can be found in the further information section below.
You’ll work as part of the team in carrying out administration tasks in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that clients feel accepted, supported, and confident about BPAS services.
About you
You will have proven experience of working within an office environment, where you've carried out administration duties. You will be an excellent communicator both internally and externally and will demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

Hours: 20 hours per week to be worked flexibly over Monday to Saturday within the opening hours of the units. Exact shifts between those parameters will be confirmed 2 weeks in advance. Saturday shifts are paid at time and a half.
Locations:
Coventry will be your base unit with mileage paid to the Nuneaton and Stratford sites as per the expenses policy.
