Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Development Manager to drive our B2B growth across the UK and Europe. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic outreach campaigns, and developing long-term relationships with HR decision-makers and startup leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute scalable outreach strategies to attract new B2B clients
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing partnership agreements
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using CRM tools and outbound tactics
* Work closely with the talent and marketing teams to tailor offers and campaigns
* Track KPIs, iterate on messaging, and deliver performance insights to leadership
* Represent Canditalent in virtual and in-person networking events
Requirements
* Experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition (ideally in recruitment or HR-tech)
* Confident in cold outreach, relationship-building, and managing sales pipelines
* Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn)
* Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude
* Bonus: Prior experience in a startup or talent-focused environment
