The Role · Working with schools and candidates across London · Managing a 360 desk · Maintaining key stakeholder engagement and managing relationships with clients · Liaising with external Account Managers when required · Maintaining and updating Key Performance Indicator reports · Providing information reports to Team Leader and Managers when required · Maintaining and updating relevant parts of Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system · Adding relevant client information to CRM system · Liaising with Candidates on the phone · Speaking with existing business, assisting with any queries · Warm calls to existing network · Achieving KPIs set out by manager.
