Brighton (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
I’m looking for a Social & Influencer Manager to join a scaling British fashion DTC brand with a highly engaged global community.
This is a channel ownership role. You’ll own organic social and influencer strategy end-to-end, balancing brand expression with commercial performance. It’s a role you can genuinely have fun with — creating bold, rebellious strategies while still being commercially sharp.
You’ll report into the Head of E-commerce and work closely with the Founder / Creative Director, so you need to be confident operating in a founder-led environment while staying commercially focused.

What you’ll be doing
* Owning the organic social strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and others)
* Leading the influencer and creator ecosystem across gifted, affiliate and paid partnerships
* Building structured creator tiers and performance frameworks
* Tracking performance through codes, UTMs and affiliate data
* Partnering with Ecommerce to ensure social drives measurable commercial impact
* Leading the social calendar around drops, launches and key trading moments
* Managing and developing the social/influencer team
* Reporting clearly on engagement, growth, traffic and revenue contribution
What we’re looking for
* Strong experience owning social and influencer strategy within fashion / lifestyle / culturally-led brands
* Commercially aware — understands how social drives traffic and revenue
* Experience with affiliate tracking and performance measurement
* Confident working closely with creative leadership while protecting commercial outcomes
* Comfortable presenting results and strategy to senior stakeholders
* Experience managing or mentoring team members
* Used to working in fast-moving, founder-led environments
