What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Engineer, you will:
* Lead on all engineering aspects of residential developments, from feasibility and design through to site delivery.
* Work closely with land, planning, commercial, and construction colleagues to ensure projects are technically sound, commercially viable, and delivered to programme.
* Manage external consultants, reviewing designs for highways, drainage, utilities, and groundworks.
* Liaise with local authorities, statutory bodies, and service providers to secure approvals and agreements.
* Provide engineering input to support land acquisition and planning applications.
* Oversee multiple sites at once, ensuring technical compliance and resolving engineering challenges effectively.
* Mentor junior engineers and technicians, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.
