An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our manufacturing client based in Leeds.
This is an ideal role for a dedicated and experienced Sales Administrator, working Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week.
About the role:
1. Generating and managing quotes.
2. Processing orders.
3. Liaising with internal colleagues to ensure timely delivery of orders.
4. Updating relevant parties regarding any delays.
5. Providing administrative support to field sales representatives.
6. Managing accounts for assigned customers.
7. Acting as the main point of contact for inquiries.
8. Managing stock levels.
9. Responding to emails.
10. Handling queries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
About you:
* A proactive and enthusiastic team player.
* Experience in a similar role such as Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or Internal Sales.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
