Who are you?
* Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
* Confident with strong people management skills.
* Adaptable with a strong work ethic.
* Experienced with a variety of small engine machinery.
* Good IT skills.
* Possession of a full, clean driving licence is preferred.
* PA1 & PA6 certification is desirable.
* Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
* Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.
Role Overview
* Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively.
* Manage on-site responsibilities, including timekeeping, productivity, dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
* Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
* Operate and oversee the use of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring proper checks and maintenance are recorded.
* Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
