This role is a hybrid position based out of our London office.
In this role, you will:
* Design and implement technical solutions to support managed services for customers.
* Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors.
* Effectively consult and communicate with customers, evaluating their business needs related to managed security services.
* Design and develop high-quality solutions, including integrating customer systems and tools used to deliver contracted services.
* Provide thought leadership and Tier 2 and 3 engineering support for MSS customers and capabilities.
* Conduct internal and customer communications regarding security and tooling issues.
* Coordinate support, maintenance, and upgrades of managed systems.
* Identify and implement improvements to system reliability and performance.
* Support internal and customer security tooling.
* Work closely with CyberCX Security Operations teams to deploy and manage security systems and tooling.
* Develop strong customer relationships and support broader CyberCX teams with the delivery of Managed Security Service offerings.
* Engage with customers to understand their requirements and lead the implementation of solutions for Managed Security Services.
* Lead service improvements and enhance capabilities used to deliver these services.
About you:
* Experience designing and deploying SIEM solutions, with a thorough understanding of security controls such as IDS/IPS, EDR, WAF, etc.
* Industry-recognized qualifications and suitable vendor certifications are preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role integrating complex customer solutions into managed security services systems, or over 5 years of experience in systems administration of key data sources.
* Exposure to IT security operations in large or complex organizations.
* Effective stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with leaders, teams, and customers.
* Ability to work autonomously, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills in an agile and resilient manner.
