Overview
Full Time Massage Therapist/ Spa Therapist role across 2 Spa locations in Cornwall, located at the Fistral Beach Hotel & Spa in Newquay and Budock Vean in Falmouth. This role is a multi-site position within Philema Hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
* To provide a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner, in the time allocated, and by treating all clients with individual attention.
* To ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards.
* Promote and sell the services of the Spa and Salon and maximise the potential of all sales.
* To work towards retail sales and retail % targets set.
* To ensure treatment rooms and all public areas are kept clean and tidy according to Spa check list and health and safety standards maintaining the five star level of cleanliness.
* Responsible for maintaining an effective stock control system in your treatment room.
* Monitor the cost of product and correct usage of the products in treatments.
* Ensure that treatment scheduling meets the demands of the guest whilst maximising revenue and trends are monitored and addressed.
* To participate in on-going training programs / Review Audits.
* To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally as in accordance with hotel policy.
* All other duties as required.

This advertised rate is applicable to hours worked on weekdays (Monday - Friday); an additional £1 per hour will be applied to hours worked on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). In addition to the £1 per hour uplift on weekends, you will receive £10 in "Lovetoshop" vouchers for every weekend day worked and a complimentary treatment each month.
