Are you a passionate relationship-builder with a flair for fundraising? Do you want to use your skills to make a real difference for nature and the planet?
Practicus is delighted to be partnering with Butterfly Conservation who are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Fundraising Officer to help them grow and nurture their network of corporate supporters. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in protecting butterflies, moths, and the environments they depend on – while helping businesses make a positive impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and developing strong relationships with existing corporate donors
* Identifying and securing new partnerships with values-aligned organisations
* Creating tailored proposals, reports, and engaging updates
* Meeting income targets while ensuring top-tier supporter experiences
* Supporting online shop and product partnerships to promote sustainable goods
* Collaborating with the Communications Team to highlight our partnerships
* Advising local volunteer branches on securing business support
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven successful experience in a fundraising environment (ideally corporate fundraising)
* Experience working within charities
* Ability to manage and develop senior and diverse relationships
* Practical experience with charity CRM systems
* Knowledge of GDPR legislation and its application in fundraising
* Knowledge of laws/regulations related to fundraising
* Ability to develop, plan, and implement effective fundraising strategies
* Experience in stewarding funder relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £28,148 to £32,519 per annum (Pro rata)
Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week
Location: Fully remote with occasional travel (a few days per year) to Dorset
