You will help the Northumberland Leisure Centre Contact Centre deliver a first‑class, efficient and customer‑focused service, answering calls, emails and social media enquiries.
Responsibilities
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality support to members of the public, staff, businesses and visitors through telephone, email and social media channels.
• Resolve as many queries as possible at the first point of contact, ensuring prompt turnaround and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold safeguarding policies, protecting children, young people and adults at risk, and report any concerns.
Qualifications & Experience
• Desirable experience in a Customer Service/Contact Centre environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
