With a strong foundation and full internal support, they’re growing fast — and they’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive that next stage of expansion in the exhibition stand sector.
Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional with a flair for exhibitions and a passion for big ideas. You’ll take the lead on identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and helping position our client as a go-to partner for innovative exhibition stand solutions. You’ll also have the opportunity to cross-sell a wide range of experiential and digital services — with full backing from an experienced team and exciting career growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and win new business in the exhibition stand space
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
* Prepare compelling pitches and deliver engaging presentations
* Maintain a healthy pipeline and generate accurate quotes
* Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
* Collaborate with senior leadership to target key verticals and major shows
Key Skills & Experience
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in new business development within custom exhibition stand design & build
* Strong understanding of exhibition production and delivery
* Confident in presenting, pitching, and negotiating with senior-level stakeholders
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for client experience and delivering outstanding service
Bonus Points For:
* Multilingual (especially German, French, or Spanish)
* Experience selling experiential or digital creative services
* Background in Defence, iGaming, Aerospace, Finance, Electronics or Manufacturing
