Key Responsibilities
* Partner with managers to provide pragmatic guidance on performance, development and day‑to‑day people matters.
* Act as an approachable, credible HR contact across commercial teams, supporting an inclusive and engaging employee experience.
* Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen capability, drive high performance and champion company culture.
* Manage employee relations cases and organisational change with fairness and integrity.
* Support delivery of the People strategy and turn priorities into practical actions.
* Collaborate with specialist teams (Reward, People Experience, Development) on people solutions.
* Use people data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
* Support key people processes (performance, calibration, reward, engagement).
* Maintain headcount oversight to support workforce planning.
* Drive continuous improvement and champion new technologies, including AI.
About You
* Proven HR/People Advisor experience ideally in a commercial environment
* Strong employee relations expertise with sound judgment and a commercial mindset.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to influence, coach and build trust quickly.
* Adaptable, resilient and confident navigating ambiguity and busy workloads.
* Solid understanding of UK employment law.
* Tech‑savvy, ideally with Workday experience and interest in emerging technologies.
* A collaborative, positive team player with a passion for delivering a great employee experience.
