We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, motivated, pro‑active person to Lead the Adult Social Care and Resilience Team. The ideal person will need to have experience in Adult/Children's Provider Services and Adult Social Care.
The Adult Social Care and Resilience service is an integral Service within the Council's Care and Support Division and provides Support to our in‑house Provider Services to maintain their "GOOD" regulatory inspections, as well as supporting our Adult Social Care Services and our External Partners within Blackpool.
The successful candidate will manage a team of Adult Social Care and Resilience Officers. You will need to be proficient in multi‑tasking strategic projects, operate at an ever‑changing pace on a daily basis and be able to work on your own initiative, being creative and innovative to meet the needs of the Service, Council and partners.
