Futures recruitment are looking to appoint a skilled Installation Manager to take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of building installations across multiple UK sites. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex installation programmes, maintain rigorous safety standards, and ensure a seamless transition from project commencement through to final client sign-off. As Installation Manager, you will act as the central point of control on site, driving progress, coordinating teams, and ensuring installations are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Roles and Responsibilities Undertake site surveys and feasibility assessments in support of pre-construction and bid activities, identifying key risks and technical requirements including ground conditions, lifting strategies, access constraints, and service interfaces. Produce and maintain detailed installation and delivery programmes, highlighting critical path activities and dependencies. Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and site-specific requirements. Prepare, review, and implement RAMS and associated safety documentation to support safe installation practices.
