Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Wills & Probate Solicitor to contribute to Redkite’s strategic growth as part of the Private Client team. The role operates from our flagship Cirencester office and involves working with the Gloucestershire team of solicitors, supported by Legal Advisors and support staff.
What you will be doing
* Manage a diverse caseload of Wills and Probate matters from inception to resolution.
* Draft, review, and manage legal documents pertaining to wills, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney.
* Advise clients on estate planning and asset protection.
* Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high standards of client care.
* Provide a quality service to meet the needs of the Wills & Probate department and help achieve financial and other targets.
* Demonstrate leadership by initiating and leading business development and marketing of the team.
* Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor with a proven track record in handling W&P matters, including Will and Trust drafting, estate planning, and administration, who can provide excellent client service.
