We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a dynamic team in Dartford. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced and looking to contribute significantly to a diverse range of non-contentious commercial property matters. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a varied caseload of non-contentious commercial property matters. Handle freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, and site acquisitions and development projects. Work closely with financial institutions on secured lending cases. Engage in business sales and purchases. Occasionally involve in residential property matters, providing a comprehensive service to clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE. Proficient in IT systems and legal software. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
