An AJ100 London-based practice is seeking a Recently Qualified Architect to join their residential team, contributing to early-stage design and planning work across large-scale housing and mixed-use projects in the UK.

You’ll be involved in concept development, feasibility studies, and pre-application work, with exposure to strategic masterplans and regeneration schemes.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to RIBA Stages 1–3 on residential and mixed-use projects
* Develop concept designs, diagrams, and feasibility studies
* Support planning submissions and design access statements
* Collaborate with urban designers, planners, and consultants
* Attend internal design reviews and client meetings
Requirements:
* Part III qualified with 1–2 years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong design and graphic communication skills
* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
* Knowledge of UK housing standards and planning policy
* A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
