Wh ere you’ll b e working: As a Data Analyst Apprentice Level 4 at Baxi you’ll be wor k ing within the Service Q uality & Process Improvement team. What you’ll be doing: Your role will be central to the development and success of Baxi, you’ll be working on updating current reports and moving new ones to Power Bi while also exploring new methods for things like forecasting using machine learning/more complex statistical methodology. Who We’re Looking For Technically Curious: You aren't satisfied with “copy and paste ”, you want to automate it. You want to understand why the data looks like that. A Translator: You aren't afraid to ask a stakeholder, "What decision are you trying to make?" and then translate their complex answer into clear logic. A Future Analyst : You are excited by the prospect of learning specialist data tools like SQL, Power BI, and Data Modelling to help us move away from legacy spreadsheets. You will support our main goal to delivering the right information, to the right people, at the right time. What you bring (Essential): Logical Problem Solving: You enjoy puzzles and can break a complex problem down into small, logical steps. Curiosity & Confidence: You are happy to speak to stakeholders, ask "why?", and challenge the status quo politely. Resilience: You can self-motivate when a problem doesn't have a clear answer immediately.
