You will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the full vehicle order and contract lifecycle, from initial order processing through to delivery, in‑life management, and end‑of‑contract activities. The postholder will work closely with customers, dealers, funders and other third‑party partners such as maintenance and fleet management providers. Delivering a high standard of customer service, maintaining strong partner relationships and ensuring accurate record‑keeping are central to the role.

Key Responsibilities
* Process customer vehicle orders and associated finance agreements accurately and efficiently, using both in‑house systems and external funder platforms, ensuring all information is complete and compliant with company and funder requirements.
* Coordinate and arrange vehicle deliveries by liaising with customers and dealer partners, managing expectations, confirming timelines, and ensuring a smooth handover process.
* Manage post‑delivery administration, including the collection, verification and submission of all required paperwork to dealers and funders within agreed timescales.
* Support customers throughout the life of their contract, handling end‑of‑contract and midterm activities such as contract amendments, early terminations, mileage changes and arranging vehicle collections in line with policy and contractual terms.
* Deliver consistently high levels of customer service by responding to enquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues effectively, and acting as a point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, funders and other third‑party partners, ensuring clear communication, efficient issue resolution and collaborative ways of working.
* Assist customers with queries across phone, email and system‑based communication, keeping them informed of progress and providing clear, accurate updates at each stage of the process.
* Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer and contract records on internal systems, ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
