You’ll manage the installation shared mailbox, handle enquiries, and work closely with Project Managers and Coordinators to keep projects running smoothly. Key responsibilities: Manage and respond to incoming emails, calls, and enquiries. Maintain project records and spreadsheets for senior management. Allocate workload to Project Managers and support document control. Enter new jobs into Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Provide admin support including booking hotels and raising purchase orders. Liaise with customers to ensure excellent service and timely resolution of queries. About you: Highly organised with strong communication skills. Able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
