Marketing Executive
We are seeking an accomplished marketing professional to spearhead our marketing efforts. As a senior member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our presence in both the professional and consumer audio markets.

This is a leadership opportunity for a bold, strategic marketing leader who knows how to build a brand that resonates deeply with audiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and elevate our brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy Development:
o Create and communicate separate marketing plans for PMC Distribution UK Home Audio (PMCD), Studio, and Ci sectors
o Develop and implement the Brand strategy
o Build brand awareness and positioning
o Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts
o Research demand for products and services
o Analyze competitors, market, and consumer trends
* Management & Leadership:
o Produce and report annual budgets for PMCD & PMCM, considering finance, expenditures, R&D costs, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections
o Create concise performance reports for the CEO/Board
o Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, directing, and training employees
o Guarantee innovative and differentiated brand presence on the show floor
* Campaigns:
o Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish
o Develop promotions with Sales department
o Identify potential customers
o Manage advertising campaigns
o Support sales and lead generation efforts
* Digital Marketing:
o Oversee digital initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and social media campaigns to drive audience growth and engagement
o Manage website management
* Trade Shows & Events:
o Develop and execute a strategic annual events roadmap focused on major audio industry events
o Identify high-impact trade shows, audio conventions, and partner events that align with brand positioning and business goals
o Own the end-to-end planning of each event, including budgeting, booth design, product demos, scheduling, staffing, and logistics
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in a team leading role
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, including tools and platforms
* Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles; managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
* Confident, driven, and dynamic leader
* Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
