Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our Soft Facilities Management division, overseeing a multi-site grounds maintenance contract across South London and Wembley. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, ensuring contracts are completed on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard. The role includes leading recruitment and training, managing team performance, overseeing budgets, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and tenants will be key to driving service excellence and continuous improvement across the contract.Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities.We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.The ideal candidate will have proven experience within landscaping, grounds maintenance, or arboriculture, with a strong track record of managing multiple contracts and operational teams. You will demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, supported by excellent communication and client management skills. You will also have a solid understanding of health and safety regulations and site compliance, alongside a full UK driving licence.This is a full-time, on-site position. An electric vehicle is provided.
