This is an incredible opportunity to work for a rapidly growing and well-established international business.

As the Temporary Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator, you will ensure efficient co-ordination across the entire recruitment lifecycle, as they enter a busy phase of recruitment!

Starting ASAP, this full-time role (37.5 hours per week) role will be ongoing for around 3-6 months, with potential to go on longer term as well. Once trained, there may be the opportunity to work on a hybrid model basis.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator Responsibilities

Provide full administrative support and drive process efficiency for the full recruitment lifecycle
Maintain up-to-date adverts on an intranet site, careers pages and external job boards.
Manage the team inbox and answer calls, serving as the first point of contact for the team
Manage the company review platforms, providing personalised responses
Liaise with recruitment agencies, maintaining and updating records
Maintain up-to-date, accurate records and trackers
Support the implementation and act as a super user for TA tools and systems
Provide administrative support for TA strategic projects as required

Temporary Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator Requirements

Proven experience of supporting a busy HR or TA team in an administrative capacity
Computer literate, with good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Experience of applicant tracking systems (ATS) would be desirable
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Helpful, approachable and customer service orientated
A collaborator, who can communicate effectively with both internal and external teams
A problem solver, who can work with minimal supervision
