A leading Construction & Facilities Management company are seeking a reliable and skilled Plumber to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves Repairs and maintenance on social housing based in Rotherham. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections and assessments of plumbing systems to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs. * Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and repairing toilets. * Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, fittings, and appliances according to specifications and regulatory standards. * Assist with general maintenance duties as required, including carpentry, painting, as well as patch plastering as required. * Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. * Any other reasonable management request. Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing or equivalent. * Valid CSCS / JIB card. * Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in Construction * Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair work. * Basic understanding of electrical systems related to plumbing * Full UK driving license.
