Are you highly organised, detailfocused, and confident working with financial data? We're looking for a proactive OST Administrator (Finance Verification & Compliance) to join our Operational Support Team in Lichfield. This is a key role that ensures the accuracy of financial, payroll and invoicing information that supports our services across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

In this varied and fastpaced role, you will:

* Verify financial data before it’s processed into Coldharbour and billing systems
* Check commissioned, delivered and invoiced hours to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Raise invoices and validate service codes against contracts
* Support payroll by confirming employee rates, annualised hours calculations and overtime enhancements
* Maintain accurate employee records for starters and contract changes
* Reconcile data across systems (Coldharbour, CM2000) to support timely payments
* Liaise with funders, social workers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
* Support compliance activities and produce reports to ensure financial integrity
* Assist with audits and maintain strong documentation standards

What we’re looking for

* Experience in financial verification, compliance, payroll, invoicing or accounts administration
* Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
* Good understanding of financial controls and data checking processes
* Confident using financial systems and Excel
* Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
* Clear, professional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders

Experience with annualised hours, commissioning frameworks or the care sector is beneficial but not essential training will be provided.
