Job Description
As the Payroll Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Manage payroll for clients varying in size and complexity across various time scaled payroll runs
* Manage the preparation and processing of payroll for employees accurately and on time.
* Ensure compliance with relevant tax and employment regulations.
* Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Handle payroll-related queries and provide prompt resolutions.
* Assist with year-end processes including reporting and reconciliations.
* Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
* Experience in payroll processing.
* Knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
* Proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems.
