Overview
The Admin & Clerical Officer plays a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the Pre-Operative Assessment department. This varied and rewarding position provides essential administrative and reception support while contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with clinical teams and patients, ensuring that services run efficiently and that everyone visiting the department receives a professional and welcoming experience.
A distinctive feature of the role is the opportunity to work across four key areas of the department—Reception, Clinic Preparation, Anaesthetic Support, and Reconciliation—providing a broad and engaging experience within the service. Full training is provided to support development and confidence in each area.
