Working out of Ealing and Acton as a Mobile Caretaker, you will be a key part of keeping our clients estates clean, safe, and welcoming. You will travel across multiple sites, ensuring communal areas are well maintained, repairs and hazards are reported promptly, and residents can take pride in where they live. A company van will be provided, allowing you to make a visible difference across the communities you support. Key Responsibilities Provide cover for caretaking and gardening colleagues across the estate portfolio. Keep communal areas clean, tidy, and free from graffiti. Report repairs, vandalism, and safety hazards in a timely manner. Attend estate walkabouts and assist with tackling anti-social behaviour. Maintain refuse systems and complete scheduled cleaning tasks. Perform regular safety checks, including emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
