The role will drive the delivery of our seasonal family trails and Christmas offer, new interpretation around the gardens, and play a key role in creating our future programming plans.You will have one direct report and be a Volunteer Manager to multiple volunteer groups. Using previous leadership experience, you’ll be leading, motivating, coaching and inspiring your teams to support the delivery of an outstanding visitor experience. You'll also ensure our visitor operations remain compliant, well-presented, supporting the Duty Manager and the operational demands of the site on a day-to-day basis.
