Job Opportunity: Support Worker at Muirton
Muirton is a standalone unit specialising in supporting individuals with behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia.
The ward seeks a keen and motivated individual to maintain high standards. Applicants should demonstrate awareness and adaptability to the changing needs of the Moray Older Adult Psychiatry service.
Previous experience in acute admission or working with older adults is advantageous. Good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly and harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
Support and encouragement will be provided to meet mandatory and other essential training requirements.
This is a rotational post working a flexible 12-hour shift system to ensure continuity and meet service needs.
The position is for 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available for successful candidates.
