We're supporting a large, high-profile organisation in the appointment of a Procurement specialist to join their UK team. This is a great role for someone with 3-5 years' + experience who wants ownership, exposure and the ability to grow.
The Role
In this position, you will:
1. Deliver sourcing activity across marketing, brand and communications spend
2. Manage a steady flow of projects within an approval threshold
3. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and timelines
4. Support the negotiation and contracting process
5. Manage supplier engagement and onboarding
6. Ensure compliance with internal procurement standards
7. Expand into wider talent-related categories over time
Background we're looking for
8. Experience running procurement/sourcing activity
9. Exposure to marketing / sponsorship / advertising / brand categories
10. (or strong interest + partial exposure)
11. Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
12. Strong commercial mindset with a practical approach
13. Confident stakeholder communication
14. Able to work independently and take initiative
