Global Offshore focus is on the sales of gases for offshore markets utilizing state of the art DNV assets that meet maritime international standards. Your main responsibilities as HSEQ & IMS Manager will be the following: Hygiene, Safety, Environment & Quality: Responsible for the provision of clear and consistent HSEQ information, advice, guidance, monitoring and support. Focal point for cross company information sharing of best practice, identifying and implementing improvement initiatives. Working with Group HSEQ/IMS Director on the implementation of Companywide HSE initiatives Helps develop a culture that encourages SAFETY and safety related reporting: Near-miss incident, Behavioral safety visits, Anomaly hunting, including generating and following up of action plans related to event reporting Investigate incidents or accidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis, ensure corrective actions are captured and tracked to closure Proactively monitor, measure and report on performance and conduct monthly HSEQ meeting Manage and Develop Quality and HSE standards and ensure 100% compliance with Maritime IMS - HSEQ Policies & Roadmaps, and with local and industrial regulations. Maintain quality, safety and environmental systems; implement and audit to achieve compliance with ISO 9001; willing to carry out cross check audits among Maritime entities if required. Develop and report all sites (Aberdeen Marywell Bergen) HSEQ Key Performance Indicators in close coordination with Maritime HSEQ Director Educates and train all staff and subcontractors to ensure awareness and understanding of HSEQ & IMS Standards and the relevance to business objectives Deliver HSEQ Training and inductions as required. Actively monitor COSHH assessments ensuring that control measures ensuring that and issues are brought to the attention of the Operations Manager. Liaise with Industry, Regulatory and Certification bodies and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current legislation and industry standards - national and international - to support the business requirements. Industrial Management System: Conduct IMS internal and crossed audits and assessments with Maritime HSEQ and follow-up all action plans with stakeholders in a time bound frame Manage follow-up of IMS documentation submission and report status of all procedures implemented Conduct Suppliers quality and safety audits Manage the MOE document management system. Continuous Improvement (CO-IMP): Involved in local C-IMP efforts and working with the Operations Manager, help to develop a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant Manage the plant's C-IMP effort. Develop a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant Develop C-IMP methods in the workshop (5S, Kanban) Lead regular improvement workshops. Coordinate with plant leadership to identify areas for improvement, facilitate workshops, and involve everyone, improve systems, and effectively sustain the gains Visually track results in the workshop and publicize results Help the plant become more process and data driven Customer Quality Management Collect and report customer claims (internal or external) and ensure proper actions are in place and closed in time with relevant stakeholders Communicate with customers on actions plan, measure impact and close the claims Develop and monitor Customer Claims Indicators Support customer service filling out customer questionnaires and vendor's forms. Security Ensure compliance with Group security requirements. Regularly update the Site Security Assessments. Follow and lead the implementation of related action plans. _ __ Are you a MATCH? Either: qualified to degree level or equivalent (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma, vocational qualification in HSE) ; or significant time spent in operational line of HSE roles Proven track record in a similar role Experience in fast-paced work environment. Competent in risk assessment and risk management. Competent in management systems development, maintenance, and certification. Experience as an auditor. Able to lead and critique incident investigations Self - motivated and able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Problem solving skills Solid knowledge of continuous improvement tools, methodologies and practices (lean, 5S) High level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation relating to integrated management systems Possess strong planning, organizational, teamwork and presentation skills Decision maker.
