I am recruiting for a Site Agent to join a major infrastructure programme in Cumbria. This is a permanent, full time opportunity for someone looking to deliver high profile work within a structured and established delivery team.
Responsibilities include
* Managing day to day site operations across a multi discipline civils package
* Leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery
* Overseeing programme, progress, quality and cost control
* Ensuring adherence to construction standards, CDM and project procedures
* Supporting planning, reporting and client liaison
* Driving high standards across safety, environmental and quality performance
About you
* Proven experience as a Site Agent on major civils or infrastructure projects
* Strong understanding of temporary works, construction methodology and site delivery
* Confident managing subcontractors and leading site teams
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
Salary is £65,000 to £70,000 plus car allowance.
You must have the ability to obtain security clearance or already hold it
