As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't present. You will engage and motivate the team, ensuring they have what they need to excel.
We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead in providing a fantastic shopping experience, whether customers order in-store or online.
While each shift is unique, a typical shift includes:
* Inspiring the team to achieve excellent results and uphold high standards
* Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and warmly
* Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
* Keeping displays stocked with a variety of choices
