Previous roles such as Team Leader, Cell Leader, Line Leader, or similarIf you thrive in a hands-on, people-focused role, this could be the perfect next step.
Lates (3pm-11pm): £15.93/hrFull-time, 5 days a week - stable work with excellent earning potential.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Operator / Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our daily operation:
Lead assembly line activities to ensure production plans, KPIs, quality targets, and GMP standards are consistently achieved
Guide and develop your team - assigning tasks, rotating skills, coaching, and supporting return‑to‑work processes
Drive efficiency using OEE data and structured problem-solving to reduce downtime and boost output
Champion continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, and waste‑reduction initiatives, working with CI, Tech Ops, and Engineering
Ensure top-tier quality compliance through checks, documentation, investigations, and corrective actions
Support management with projects, reporting, and flexibility to step into Assembly Operator duties when needed
