My client is a large law firm looking for a part time Legal Administrator to be based at their site in Solihull. This role is part time 22 hours per week.
Job Description
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
* Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Managing databases and filing systems.
* Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
* Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
* Writing letters and preparing reports.
* Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
* Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience working in a law firm
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
* An ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Can commute to Solihull.
