Raytheon UK has an exciting new opportunity for a HR Data Reporting Analyst to join our team, largely based in Harlow.
As HR Data Reporting Analyst, you will deliver high quality service to support the UK wide HR function and the wider business through various activities which includes maintaining HR systems, data analysis and security, reporting, metrics, and governance.
This is a unique opportunity to partner closely within a complex matrix organisation, where you will be the go-to specialist for a new part of the business. Offering opportunities to build on your experience of analytic reporting and best practice for this new role.
You must be eligible and willing to gain BPSS and ideally, SC clearance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Working with the HR Operations team on a range of analytical tasks to support the various Communities of Expertise (COE) including Talent Management, Total Reward, Employee Relations and Business Partner teams.
2. Collaborating with Global People Services to inform and monitor data quality and integrity across all HR data sources.
3. Advanced experience working with large data sets and analytic tools for reporting, including formatting tools, formulas pivot tables and macros.
4. Triangulate workforce intelligence from a range of systems to support the identification of potential workforce efficiencies.
5. Providing data analysis to identify / forecast trends and preparing and presenting the narrative and recommendations to stakeholders using appropriate presentation tools that are accessible to all audiences including non-data experts.
6. Ownership for HR reporting requirements, including but not limited to employee data, headcount reporting, HR KPIs and self-service dashboards, compensation and, benefit reporting, benchmarking analytics, diversity reporting, organisational structures, and workforce planning.
7. Creating benchmarking data, providing intelligence, research, and insights for managing ongoing market, competitor, and trend data gathering activities.
8. Representing the HR Operations team on business projects and programmes as required and providing expertise and recommendations.
Required Experience
9. An experienced Analyst working with data analysis and trend forecasting with ability to create appropriate narrative and recommendations.
10. Creating benchmark data and undertaking research.
11. Running analytics and reports from HR Information systems, able to identifying disparities in the data, and resolving appropriately.
12. Working closely with payroll teams to maintain data accuracy.
13. Experienced using HR Information Systems (Workday)
14. Advanced or Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills
15. Previous similar experience in a HR team working with metrics, reporting, operations, processing visas, HR processes, data and HR systems.
Desirable Experience
16. Experience of using the Power BI Tool.
