What You Will Do
* Teaching Level 3 T Levels, Level 3 BTEC, Level 4 (HNC) and Level 5 (HND) modules, focusing on advanced engineering principles, analytical methods, and professional project management.
* Aligning classroom delivery with current UK-spec professional standards, ensuring our Higher National students are work-ready for management and specialist technical positions.
* Monitoring student progress and providing guidance necessary for timely achievement, while developing industry links that offer students vital work experience and enrichment.
* Collaborating as a motivated team player within our Rotherham Campus team, using a blend of practical, theoretical, and digital methods to bring complex engineering concepts to life.
What You Will
* Hold a Level 4 or above vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related field) and possess significant industry experience.
* Hold a teaching qualification and assessor award, or have the drive and willingness to work towards them while on the job.
Your Qualifications

Department Info
You will never be working in a silo. Based at our Rotherham campus, you will be a vital part of a dedicated curriculum team.
You will be supported by a Curriculum Manager and work daily with Curriculum Team Leaders who understand the nuances of construction education. You will also collaborate with a wide net of professionals including technicians, work placement officers, and personal development coordinators all dedicated to one thing: the success of our learners.
