We are recruiting for an accomplished Home Manager to lead a modern, purpose-built nursing and residential care home that provides high-quality person-centred care for older adults.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding nursing, residential, and dementia care.

Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and all relevant regulations.
*
Manage all aspects of the home’s operations, including clinical governance, staffing, and financial performance.
*
Maintain the highest standards of care quality, resident wellbeing, and service delivery.
*
Develop, implement, and monitor improvement plans to achieve “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC outcomes.
*
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
*
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence across the team.
Requirements
*
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) qualification – essential.
*
Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager or Home Manager within an elderly nursing home or dementia care setting.
*
In-depth knowledge of clinical governance, CQC frameworks, and Health & Social Care Act standards.
*
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
*
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels.
*
Ideally holds or is working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent management qualification).
