Cocentric is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Connect team. Following recent funding, Connect is entering an exciting new phase of growth – rolling out to global customers across retail, hospitality, manufacturing and beyond.
As Project Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end client deployments of Connect – our workforce provisioning and activation platform. You’ll coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, from digital consultants and solutions architects to software engineers and client stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and with impact.

Connect is the digital backbone for front line employee access – bridging HR systems and workplace platforms to provide secure, scalable access without corporate email. It activates and manages the workforce with one simple, automated flow – and it’s already powering thousands of users across industries.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Lead the full project life cycle for Connect deployments – from on boarding and discovery through to configuration, testing, and go-live.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent client implementations.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, sales, and digital consulting teams.
* Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor throughout delivery.
* Use agile delivery methods to keep work streams aligned and adaptable as client needs evolve.
* Proactively identify risks and issues, and work with internal and external teams to resolve them quickly.
* Contribute to the continual improvement of delivery processes and tools as we scale Connect globally.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Proven experience managing SaaS implementation projects – ideally for enterprise or mid-market customers.
* Strong understanding of agile project management principles and tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello).
* Experience coordinating technical teams including engineers, solution architects, and product managers.
* Ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident and professional communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
* Comfortable working across departments – collaborating with sales, delivery, product, and client success teams.
* A problem-solver mindset with a bias for action, adaptability, and pragmatism.
* Bonus: experience working in digital employee experience, HR tech, or access and identity solutions.
