Hamble Point Yacht Charters (HPYC) is a well-established Solent-based yacht charter and management business, continuing to grow its fleet and charter activity.
We are seeking a well-connected marine professional to work with us on a commission-only, self-employed basis, introducing:
Yacht owners considering charter management
Corporate and repeat charter clients
Marine partners and referral opportunities
This is not an employed sales role. There is no admin, no inbox management, and no high-volume cold calling. The focus is on relationship-led introductions and targeted outreach within existing or relevant networks. All commercial discussions, contracts and operational management are handled by HPYC.
This role would suit someone who:
Already has strong connections within the Solent / UK marine sector
Has experience in brokerage, marinas, sailing schools or the wider marine trade
Enjoys networking and spotting opportunities
Is commercially minded and values credibility and long-term relationships
Remuneration
Commission is paid on successful introductions resulting in signed fleet agreements or completed charter bookings.
