The Company
A global event production company specialising in content creation, technical production and design, working with agencies and private event planners.
With a close-knit team and strong client relationships, they deliver unique, standout events by combining creative design with technical expertise. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team.
The role
Due to business growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects from initial brief through to completion. This is a key role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:
• End-to-end project management of live events
• Liaising with clients to establish briefs and requirements
• Developing practical and creative production solutions
• Managing freelancers, technicians and subcontractors
• Coordinating project timelines, resources and deliverables
• Overseeing budgets and financial control
• Managing on-site delivery including health & safety
• Handling post-project reconciliation and internal debriefs
The Candidate
Candidates should have proven experience delivering large-scale live events, with a strong understanding of technical and production elements.
You will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, leadership and budget management skills are essential, along with a flexible and solutions-focused approach.
