Salary: £12.21 per hour (£22,222 per year for a 35-hour week)
Plus up to £7,000 per year in tips, paid weekly, totaling potential earnings of £29,222 annually.
Additional benefits include staff discounts, a free meal for two after one year, 28 days paid holiday (increasing after 2 years), uniform, support with parking permits, and access to discounted taxi rates.

Founded in 1975 by Rick and Jill Stein, our family-run business now employs over 600 staff across 10 restaurants, hotels, a cookery school, shops, and an online shop. The founders and their sons remain actively involved.
